Terms & Conditions

   The Service Provider agrees to provide the following IT services to the Client:

  1. Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM): MSPs often use specialized tools to remotely monitor and manage their clients' IT environments, including servers, workstations, network devices, and applications. This allows them to proactively identify and address issues before they lead to downtime or disruptions.

  2.  Network Management: This involves managing and maintaining a client's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, to ensure stable and secure connectivity.

  3. Security Services: MSPs offer various security services to protect their clients' data and systems from cyber threats. This can include firewall management, intrusion detection and prevention, vulnerability assessments, antivirus/antimalware management and security patching.

  4. Data Backup and Disaster Recovery: MSPs help clients implement reliable backup and recovery solutions to safeguard their data and ensure business continuity in the event of data loss, hardware failures, or other disasters.

  5. Cloud Services: Many MSPs offer assistance with cloud adoption and management, including setting up and managing cloud infrastructure, migrating applications to the cloud, and optimizing cloud resources for cost and performance.

  6. Help Desk and User Support: MSPs provide technical support to end-users, assisting them with IT-related issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. This can be done through a combination of phone, email, and remote assistance.

  7. Software Management: MSPs may manage software deployment, updates, and licensing to ensure that clients are using up-to-date and properly licensed software applications.

  8. Infrastructure Management: This includes managing servers, storage systems, and virtualization technologies to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

  9. Mobile Device Management (MDM): With the increasing use of mobile devices in the workplace, MSPs may offer services to manage and secure mobile devices and applications.

  10. Vendor Management: MSPs can handle relationships with various technology vendors on behalf of their clients, including hardware and software providers, to ensure smooth procurement and support processes.

  11. Consulting and Strategic Planning: MSPs often provide guidance on technology strategy, helping clients align their IT investments with their business goals and growth plans.

  12. Compliance and Regulatory Support: For industries with specific regulatory requirements, MSPs can help clients implement and maintain IT practices that meet compliance standards
